Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and/or whatever you choose to do over break.
For January 6th, find a web resource researching some different movie posters that you find interesting. You need to choose three movies that you want to make a poster for and either replicate a STYLE (not copy a poster) or come up with your own design. For each poster, brainstorm 10 different compositions totaling 30 thumbnail sketches of movie posters in your sketchbook. (Thumbnails are roughly business card size)
Also, be sure to study Chapter 5 (especially page 77) and your notes from class on Gradients for the quiz. Read Chapter 9 as well…parts of that will be on the quiz.
